Grant and Andrew were knowledgeable and explained the process of buying my house As Is . They talked about real estate market conditions which provided me with some valuable information regarding my property.They also walked the house and after finished, we set down and ran some numbers. They made an offer for my property, as an investor standpoint, not as a retail buyer. Note, their offers would be under the retail price. Did not work for me this time, but overall , I had a positive experience and would highly recommend their services, specially if you have to sell quickly, because, according to them, they can close the sale on the same day. However, don’t expect retail prices for your property offer.
