You can put in applications and applications but they don’t answer phone calls. If you miss a phone call they will move on to the next applicant without giving you time to respond. When you do finally get someone to answer it’s “can I call you back when I get to the office.” Then they don’t bother returning your call. This happened to my husband and me when trying to contact. After applying for 4 different units. I’d recommend a different agency when buying or renting a home.

You need to get on them everyday about fixing things you need if you don't and you had to call legal aide to tell them and they retaliate if you do.
