My sisters and I inherited a SF duplex with tenants; when it was time to sell, we were fortunate to find Jennifer & Carren of Legacy through our property management company.

One apartment was in poor condition, to simplify we expected to sell the duplex “as is”. Legacy encouraged us to update before listing, offering a free loan to complete the work if needed. They were absolutely right, the update costs were recouped many times over in the selling price and we witnessed the property brought up to it’s beautiful potential.
