Shawn, the On-site Manager and Imi, the Assistant Manager at Park Place Condominium in Alexandria, VA are the most helpful on-site management team you could ever ask for! I owned a unit there for about 4 years and I was given a warm welcome from day 1.

Shawn and Imi are always on top of whatever problem might arise. They were there for any questions I had, from the renovation of the unit to welcoming the rental tenants. I could always rely on their team to address any challenge from a minor bathroom leak to replacing a garbage disposal under the kitchen sink. They are always busy with managing improvements to the aging building (lobby, balconies, garage levels…), running Board Meetings, all while proactively communicating with the residents. I just moved to the Bryson at Woodland Park a few months ago as a new owner. It has been a truly positive experience for me. The General Manager Ms. Rania Pullen is very kind and supportive. Whenever I have a question or request, she takes the time to listen and explain my options in response. She then puts a plan in place and follows through with it. I had two tickets that she immediately took action on. As the repairs were happening, she provided updates about the next steps and made sure that everything was done properly and in a manner that was comfortable for me.
Not only did Ms. Rania herself provide exceptional service, she has built an amazing team to assist her manage the property: Ms. LaJeana Morris, the Assistant GM is equally outstanding, responsive, and kind.
Customer service provided by the front desk staff is always courteous, reliable and of the highest standards. My packages never get lost and I promptly get notified upon delivery. I would like to highlight my experience with Mr. Mahmoud Ebaid. He is always patient, supportive and kind. His cheerful demeanor just brightens up my day after each interaction we have. He is the best!

Maria Lovo at Legum and Norman is absolutely amazing! As an accounts payable specialist, she truly went above and beyond when a payment to a vendor got hung up in the system. Not only did she walk us through the entire process, ensuring the check was sent out on time, but she also followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. I moved back recently to my rental property after 10 years, and I needed the parking pass decal, I called Legum & Norman, Dwannisha Wilson answered the phone she was very sweet and pleasant to talk to, if you’re having a bad day, call her for no reason and she will make you feel better.

They have done a great job, from day to day operations, admin management, and major remodeling and upgrades to the building. Their whole team they've put together are phenomenal. My overall experiences with Legum & Norman have not been particular stellar but this five-star rating is specifically for Ms. Terri Johnson. We are often quick to complain about poor customer service and not taking the time to recognize nor acknowledge our positive experiences with a company's employees. Ms. Johnson has been easy to work with every time I reach out to address an issue in her portfolio, she responds to e-mails and phone calls in a timely fashion, and she either corrects the issue or identifies solutions to the problem at hand, building trust in the process.
