So I have two issues here. One isn't as big as the other, it's the street parking. Everyone moving in here has 2-4, even 5 cars, and rarely do people use garages or even their own driveways. It's the only time I wish an HOA enforced no street parking as it's so damn cluttered.

The second thing, is the electrical company Lennar works with. They basically do the bare minimum and as long as the homes are spec'd to the town's code. We've been here just over eight months, and have had electrical issues since the first month. Our breaker for the washer/drier upstairs would pop when used at the same time. We had the electrical company come out and they simply said, it's probably getting too hot, don't run at same time. Um, no. There should be no problem when running at the same time, that's how laundry is done! Oh, and this was December...it wasn't too hot.

In the last 3-4 months, the breaker in my upstairs office has started popping when I use a heat gun (i do 3d printing as a hobby, I use the heat gun to remove stringing). Any time I use that thing, breaker pops. I brought this to Lennar's attention and they sent out someone to look. Again, I was told it's due to it being too hot, and now it's because I had too many things plugged in. I had my printer, computer, and heatgun plugged into outlets, and it was 830am. I basically debunked both arguments in front of him when I turned on the heatgun and the breaker popped during that 830am visit. Still...blamed too many things being plugged in.

And now, both kitchen breakers keep popping. The first, has an air purifier, coffee machine, and two phone chargers plugged into it. 99% of the time, the chargers aren't being used so there is no strain. We would brew a cup of coffee and 1/10 or so times, the breaker would pop. Keep in mind, the first 6 months here, it didn't pop once. Now it's ever other day. Again, they say too many things plugged in. If that was the case, why did it never pop in the last 6 months and only start now?

And second kitchen breaker popped just last week when I was using the toaster. The toaster is the ONLY thing plugged into the second kitchen breaker...and it popped at 7am. The majority of the pops are in the morning or evening, NOT in the middle of the day when it's hottest.

At this point, Lennar has let us know that the electrical company has found no issues and won't do anything further. This leaves us with a bad situation for electrical in this house. We owned in Gladden Farms prior to this, and in 4-5 years there, we maybe popped a handful of breakers for random reasons. In the 8 months here, we've easily popped 30 - 40 times. And in the end, it looks like Lennar and the electrical company won't assist further. Granted, the lady we spoke with on Lennar's side has been great with communication and trying to resolve, we have nothing against her.

But because Lennar is working with the electrical company that won't seem to grasp that there is a bigger issue here and not have even a supervisor come out and do a full assessment or offer to replace any breakers (we did have a licensed tech come and replace a breaker a month ago due to an emergency in the garage, which was popping daily...and hasn't since the replacement was installed) is why I'm leaving this 1 star review on their google here.

The most incompetent group of people to try to do business with. These idiots RAN my credit months after my application after they called me and asked me if I was interested in moving forward and I told the No because I went ahead and moved forward with Richmond. So the idiot on the phone ran my credit and all she can say was " ha, I'm so sorry. Need me to write and email to Richmond " I just hung up on her. Lennar you are pathetic and have the WORSE ethics in business. I reported you to the BBB as well as the 3 credit bureaus for fraud!
