We purchased a home in the Rocking K Ranch neighborhood (Wildflower estates). We purchased our home for just over half a million dollars. We’ve had flooding issues from day one… part of the reason for flooding is because Lennar doesn’t install gutter systems on their home. You’d think for half a million dollars, you’d get gutters… the construction supervisor has tried to help us with our flooding issues, but here we are, flooding again. Sloppy workmanship all around, don’t sign closing papers until they fix your issues first.
