If you come across a sign that says this Property is managed by Levco Management, turn the other way. These people are the worse kind of property managers I’ve ever come across. They just took over Cambridge Apartments a couple of years ago and it has been a DISASTER. I’ve had to send several emails to the housing authority because maintenance work orders weren’t being fulfilled in a timely manner. My banister came off the wall and I told maintenance to come and fix. Took them two weeks to come out fix a safety hazard. I cut my toe and it healed badly due to the incident, probably even needed stitches. They’re probably on their 4th superintendent since they’ve taken and it takes them weeks to fix ANYTHING. Several months ago, I put a work order in to fix either a dryer or plumbing work or something to that effect and they told me someone closed it. How when it’s not fixed?! Who got paid for that work order? That’s one issue. Another GLARING issue, you pay your rent monthly and they don’t upkeep the grounds well. In fact, no one has picked up our trash in 10 days! The place is beginning to stink! They don’t enforce pet owners picking up after their pets and the dog park is unkept!!! These people will sue you immediately if owe them $150 but have no urgency to fix anything or upkeep the grounds. Evident in one of the pics with old tree branches covering the sidewalk. This has been the worst renting experience ever. None of the staff holds each other accountable for anything. Furthermore, they make us feel like we have no rights as renters, as if we’re poor people. Many of us have PROFESSIONAL jobs and to be treated like this is BEYOND insulting. Don’t rent anything from Levco Management, not even a VHS tape. They are THEE worst!!!

0 Stars we’ve been here since Oct2023, mice in the stove , mice behind washer and dryer, mice in the walls we had a mice infested unit before we even moved in, they transferred us.. transferred us into another mice infested unit. My 2 year old has gotten sick here multiple times and so have we. mice contaminated carpet and we are very clean. We’ve cooked food not knowing mice urine and dropping were in the stove tops. We hear the scratch in the walls every night I need my lease terminated by march 1st- 31st pest control has tried and tried but they can’t do anything because the walls needs to be ripped out. I am done. They are running around my apartment every night all night. My partner has gotten rid of almost 5 mice BY HISSELF TERMINATE MY LEASE WITHIN 30 days

I’ve lived at Country Club Apartments since Dec 2021 with no issues until recently. In Feb 2025, the leasing manager claimed she had no lease on file—even though we signed one in July 2024. She sent a new lease, said nothing had changed, and we signed. A month later, I got a letter saying I owed back rent due to their error, and was only given 5 days to pay or face court. I’ve always paid my rent on time, but now my account is locked and I keep getting conflicting info about what I owe. Poor communication and lack of accountability from management—especially the leasing manager—has made this a very stressful experience.

I have seen other reviews about this company not giving people their money back and i’m so disappointed for not doing more research before I gave them my money. I pay $300 in February. No one will answer the phone and no one will give me my money back. it shouldn’t take 2 months for a check from Richmond Va to make it to Virginia Beach, Va. I have been calling since February and no one will say anything. I will never recommend renting or even applying at St. Croix apartments and I am reporting this management company to the Better Business Bureau. They steak and they are extremely dishonest with their business practices. This is wrong. People have bills and no one has money to waste. This company is a scam and they steal. Beware of this management company. I am telling everyone to stay away from them. Now they’re saying they will mail out the check this week but that does not work for me. I have been told for over 60 days now that my check would be “mailed out this week” No reason a check coming from Richmond Va should take 60 days to come. you guys have stolen the money and you try to calm up down by saying you’re mailing out a check but you are not. That check needs to be here by this week or i’m calling the news because someone needs to look into your business dealings. I didn’t take 60 days to pay my money so i don’t want my money back in 60 days!

I would rate a 0 I wish they never took over Belmont Hills Apartments. They are the absolute worst rental property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. They make it almost impossible for me to actually pay rent that I’m already late paying, it’s almost like they want to add additional fees and take you to court. No online payment if you have been late, no more money orders, and now they want us to walk around with a large amount of cash on your person to go to one of these stores to make a rent payment in front of other people that is so dangerous in my opinion especially since the most convenient option and safest option has be stripped from me. They really need to go back to where they come from. Also I don’t even use the trash fairies so I shouldn’t have to pay for it the dumpster is literally at my back door.

Williamsburg Country Club apartments has turned into a dump. 9 residents without AC for 2months now. It’s been a month we have had no AC. Put in multiple work orders still nothing. Calling the Richmond office is a joke cause nobody ever answers the phone. Haven’t seen any maintenance people out here over a week. Trash hasn’t been picked up over a week.

horrible management that hires horrible employees. they don’t even answer the phone. don’t even bother responding with a bot message explaining how your company cares. you don’t. yall just care about the money and to hell with what the tenants are actually experiencing. units here are cheaply and barley maintained but they will be sure to raise your rent despite providing no upgrades or renovations. disgusting company

Silas Nguyen, Silas took OVER 10 days to process my application at that point the apartment I applied for was no longer available. Silas kept giving me the run around saying one minute he has everything he needs then wait until close of business to call and say he needs something else
RESUBMITTED. Numerous times he told me he'll have an answer regarding my application by 1p/2p but never gave an update. Silas has wasted so much of my time when he could have been straightforward from the start. The apartment I applied for was $1,825.98 but because Silas took over 10 days to process the apartment was no longer available and the price jumped up to $2,015, INSANE! I also feel discriminated against because of my age, this is my first apartment and Silas gave a horrible experience and I'm HIGHLY disappointed with Belmont Hills apartments.
