I have to say this company is exceptional on their service and customer service!!!! I’m currently renting a duplex in woodland and they are just beautiful, spacious,clean and very well kept! I have to give a special thanks to Bernita Washington she was so helpful in everything helping me with filling out my application. In the entire process she made it so easy! I’m so appreciative because to find a rental is so hard right now! She’s very professional and hard working got to back to in a timely manner with any question or concerns I had. Keep up the great service to all the personnel their you guys are always so friendly and take care of your tenants! I can’t stress enough how happy and comfortable I’m living at my new duplex thanks guys!!!!!

Evergreen Apartments - south Sacramento - Had ONE excellent property manager out of the last three over four years and they moved that one to another property after only one year. It is infuriating that they removed the ONLY person there who has ever been highly capable, consistent, professional, and extremely pleasant to deal with. Planning to go through the entire hassle of moving to get away from this property.

DO NOT move into any of their properties. So poorly managed plus unsafe environment and rude staff. They are on commission so they will lie through their teeth to get you to sign the lease and after that if you bring up concerns they either ignore it or get angry at you. The perimeter is full of druggies. Gates are always open. Zero security. Top dollar but they don't deliver what you pay for.

I don’t recommend anyone to live in this community .. for the following reason.. about five months ago.. an Indian family moved to the first floor with no offense or insulting and when they started cooking and everyone knows that Indian food has a strong and unpleasant smell.. the smell started get into my apartment through the bathroom and under the sink and laundry closet.. The smell became so disgusting and annoying that I couldn't use the bathroom or take a shower..and some time i feel like I need to throw up .. Also, I couldn't turn on the AC or the heater because the smell was getting worse.. And when I talked the office and to the manager about the problem. His response was that we can’t do anything about it... because the 2 Apt connected together and Instead of trying to fix the problem, he said he had spoken to them
I asked the maintenance if there is any solutions and he said yes but it will cost some money and they don’t want to spend money
I decided to move out and I’m looking for another house.. so think twice before you rent in this Community
