I cannot say enough positive things about Libenow Realty and Property Management. Jim is an amazing gentleman who is always - and I mean ALWAYS - pleasant and easy to work with. He keeps his properties in extremely good shape, listens to his tenants, and responded promptly the very few times we ran into issues. He is extremely good communicating with his tenants in a timely manner. I rented from one other property management company in Ellensburg who shall remain nameless, but the difference in quality was extreme. I would highly recommend renting rom Libenow - they are the best!

You know I was a little confused to see some of the bad reviews on this company. Everything about working with them has been great. When we started a lease with them. The landlord ended up selling the house we wanted to go into. Understandably we didn’t want to move in to a house being shown at the peek of Covid. So Alex was able to get us into a different rental which ended up being amazing. We’ve had a few appliance issues but every time we do someone comes and fixes it same day every time. They even installed a garage door opener upon request. Rent is fair and the yard service is an added bonus. Jim has been the go to with everything maintenance and super nice to talk to. We’re going on our second year here I. Our current rental and hope to go a few more.

I've delt with my fair share of poor property management companies but I must say this takes the cake. They essentially set up lemon houses that are running on hopes and prayers to pawn off to college students that can't find anywhere else to stay. Even the most basic and fundamental of repairs and maintanence will require so much effort on the behalf of the tenant to get done. It might take a month or more to get say a faulty washer/dryer replaced. Heaven forbid their faulty equipment has any failure because any repairs beyond changing out light bulbs will be a cluster to get done. Took them 6 months to "repair" our house at the tail end of our lease when any even decently competent property management company would have it done in no more than two weeks flat.

I could go on. That guy Jim is a daft blockhead that has absolutely no business being anywhere near property management, puts a bad name and reputation on property management companies. I'm not religious but I'll begin praying to every God and religion that this company goes under. I've seen KFCs managed more effectively than this and they aren't handling people's homes where they sleep and make memories and spend time with their loved ones. Utter disgrace of a company. Steer as far away from them as humanly possible. I'd rather sleep in a crackhouse than spend one more night under a libenow property roof. Also don't believe the obviously fake 5 star reviews. Maybe instead of making fake reviews to fluff up your utterly incompetent company you actually do your jobs? I mean you'd think these people just graduated from the first grade the way they handle things. Unreal. Completely unreal.

If you hope to have contact/be able to communicate with your property management, I highly recommend not choosing this company. Terrible website as well, the phone number either doesn’t work or nobody is willing to answer it, they have the bare minimum amount of info, and have continuously lied to my roommate and I saying that the house will be re listed. Due to covid we had to move out of the lease early, not finding a renter is totally understandable, but when they say it will be posted and sold soon, you would think you’d be able to find the listing of the house on at least one website 2 months after they’ve told you that, Do Not Use This Company.
