I had the best experience working with Ms Emerald Pittman.
My original plan for move fell through so I had to rush to find a place to live. I called around most bases to see what specials they offer and found Stuart Mesa.
I got contacted by Miss Emerald within just a couple of days after submitting my initial paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and nice to talk to. I was originally thinking about another housing but she gave me the right recommendation for my needs and i am glad I chose Stuart Mesa. It was easy breezy to schedule the tour. The houses are duplexes but in a quiet area. I loved how spacious it was and was immediately like "take my money". It truly is a great deal for my $ which is the reason I decided on this place regardless of the drive. I have not found another place with that sq ft, drive way, huge garage, back yard, and amount of storage spaces with that rate.
I also had some peculiar requests (my amazon packages got delivered before my move in date, I requested maintenance to get me measurement of the spaces to order furnitures) and I was responded with kindness and promptness.
Overall, my experiences through the whole process was absolutely easy and pleasurable thanks to Emerald and her team! Highly highly recommend!

This review is for Emerald. My wife and I were in a situation where our paperwork for pcsing was late and put us with trying to obtain housing in a short amount of time. Thankfully we got in contact with Emerald Pittman at Liberty Military Housing who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Emerald went above and beyond with securing the home we wanted in such short notice. Her professionalism and dedication to helping military families deserves all the praise! She was really helpful with scheduling our house keys pick up, we had some miscommunication on my end and she was able to still get us moved in accordingly! She helped with all the questions I had with everything and based upon our interactions these past few weeks she is very dedicated to helping and serving the community! Leasing on base can be stressful and a mixed bag from base to base and office to office. I wanted to share the positive experience I had with leasing coordinator Emerald. I had a lot of questions about neighborhoods and wait times (Pendleton is such a large base) and she was super patient and kind. She answered everything quickly. It was great to have someone actually listen and want to make the leading process as easy as possible. Wonderful experience during a stressful time.

Review for Emerald and Amber

Emerald- Emerald with leasing made our transfer to a new area great. She knew her stuff and was very good when it came to answering the thousand questions me and my wife had. When touring two homes she made our imagination work by creating mental images of me and my wife in the home. The gold standard when it comes to real estate. When you apply here make sure you ask for emerald!

Amber* (Leasing Manager)- Amber was in charge of my TOS case and really helped me when things came up in my life. I had to leave for a school and my wife had a broken hand. My move in date was a day after my school check in date. Amber made it possible to hold the house my wife fell in love with and accommodated to my family’s unusual circumstances. Our BAH is being put to good use when it comes to these two employees. I recommend big raises for these two!!!!!!
