I'm bumping them to 5 stars, they earned it honestly. Housing has a horrible reputation but I think the Del Mar community is a hidden gem. Never had an issue getting someone on the phone, or with maintenance. We just did our move out process and we were terrified after seeing so many horror stories. Both the Pre Inspector and the Final inspector were great. 10/10 recommend this district if you want to move on base.

We've actually always found this office to be responsive and most of the employees are really nice. Maintenance is usually quick to help and always friendly. We've enjoyed our experience here.

Never responds to phone calls or emails. Does NOT manage repeat problem residents. Finds nit picky "violations" as a way to silence people. Deplorable use of scare tactics. Only positive thing is that theyre not as horrible as the Mountain District.

Already had some negative experiences here... The only great thing about Lincoln is the festivals they have. Make sure to take advantage of those.

Lincoln does a good job about handling complaints, helping with any questions or concerns. They have many festivals and activities for families.

Waits until you move out and charges you a second time for charges you already paid BUT instead of contacting you they send it straight to collections
