I am thoroughly impressed by how professional and easy going Ms.Valelei is at Edson housing office. She is always there to help with a smile and friendly conversation.She deserves a raise and a gift basket! My work orders are always fixed in a timely manner and everyone who has come out to work on things at my house has been super nice! Keep up the good work guys❤️

After days of driving and anticipating moving onto base, we felt so welcomed the second we walked into the leasing office of Liberty Military Housing- Edson District. We were greeted by Jessy right away who made our check in and move in process seamless. She is so friendly, and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all the questions we had. Jessy went above and beyond for us on move-in day printing things we needed printed AND hand delivering them to our front door! She also gave us a heart shaped key ring, and a red heart balloon as we moved in on Valentine’s Day, and took a Polaroid picture of us for us to keep as well! My husband and I are so thankful for the Edson District of Liberty Military Housing as they helped us get into a wonderful home that fits all of our needs on base at Camp Pendleton.

My experience over the past 3 years at Edson has been amazing. My wife, our son and our dog enjoyed our time here. The maintenance staff were exceptional; conducting themselves professionally while fixing issues in a timely manner. The management staff was outstanding. I had one great contact in particular with a Ms. Valelei Alailefaleula. She was very courteous and personable. She made feel less like a tenant and more like family. In Hawaii, Liberty Military Housing does not have a presence which is unfortunate. I liked the way they conducted business and I would choose them if they are available during a future PCS.

Ms. Val Alailefaleula was awesome!

She was extremely kind, patient, and explained the entire process very thoroughly to finish our PCS to Camp Pendleton. Val kept us informed and updated about everything regarding our house and our paperwork making the entire process so easy! If you have her as your coordinator you’re in great hands, she really highlighted what being a professional looks like!

The staff I encounter when I come into the office are incredibly friendly, helpful and have always promptly completed my maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. I enjoy coming into the office because Ms. Jessy, Ms. Val, and Ms. Jas energy and customer service is top of the line. It’s always a good vibe when I come into the office.
