Really nice neighborhood. Quiet and friendly all except for the flight path of the air support helicopters and the obnoxious range nearby, But that's on base housing/living. All houses feature the same 3 bedroom 2 bathroom layout. Prices are all the same $2,460 as of 2018 with all utilities included which really cuts the costs and makes it budget friendly for families. They have semi frequent free community events which is fun for the family (eg. Movie night in the local playground/field area with a big air jump/house thing. Overall a wonderful, friendly and supportive housing development (E-5 and above with retired service member availability too which is great) with mature residents. Absolutely recommend.

So far since I’ve lived here I’ve had more problems with the house. Than I have ever had living on base. When I have to submit multiple requests for the same issue. We have a problem also it took one month to get my mail box fixed. It’s taken three try’s to fix my Sewage line that still hasn’t been fixed.
