The building, location and service are amazing! It’s located in downtown Everett near walking distance to the many shops, restaurants, coffee, parks, the waterfront, shops and even a 24 hour market about a block away. It’s nice to know I can walk almost anywhere I need, but the building has a secure parking garage for an extra charge. The building itself is quiet and extremely secure with locked entry, and they actually monitor the front door. It’s right next to the library and has charming decor in the common areas. They keep it really clean, and all the cleaning staff is friendly. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get approved here because I had recently been renting from family, but they were super helpful in working with me and getting a good deal on my lease. Working with Cory was a great experience. He is so friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Anything I’ve needed help with, he has been there. I’m so happy to call Library Place home. It is luxury at a relatively affordable price. You get a lot for your money here, including access to the onsite Amazon lockers.

Awesome place to live, secure building(s) in downtown overlooking NS Everett, excellent views and close to everything. Management is great to work with, apartments are surprisingly quiet and pet friendly.

Library Place is an awesome place to live! I moved in shortly after it was built in 2012 and loved every day there. The views are great and the management team has always been fantastic. The latest management group is by far my favorite, (shout out to Cory and Rich) they’ve always been responsive and easy to work with. The maintenance team is also great, they’ve done an excellent job keeping a decade old building looking good and welcoming. I will miss this place and highly recommend it for anyone considering making it their new home.

Nice place well kept and the manager (Cory) and leasing agent (Rick) are great and work with you; they try to make you feel at home. People are pretty friendly and the apartment is nice. Not too many kids. Lots of dogs, most are very friendly and just want some love.

Honestly my favorite place to live. It’s perfect for me; the location of the building in the city, the location of my apartment in the building itself, never had a bad neighbor, never heard a neighbor in my apartment really, it’s always cleaned, the trash is convenient, it’s secured access, it has a Amazon locker, 2 levels for parking garage, the doggy bags and dog treats are a real big plus for Trixie our dog and so much more I can’t think of. It’s just great here. I am actually afraid to move because I don’t think I’ve liked a place this much lol. Luckily that isn’t anytime soon. So far been here for almost 3 years. Seriously love it!

The staff is all great (Cory, Rick, Mayra and Flor for a call out 🎉🙌) and everyone else has always been a pleasure to talk with/work with as well.

I had the opportunity to stay here for work for about three months both the staff and residents were delightful. It was a very welcoming place for my little pup and me. The facilities and grounds are well maintained and the location is convenient for quick walks to many restaurants and fun shops. Somehow, it is still very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for almost 6 months now and I have very little to complain about. The management, Cory and Richard at the time of this review, and the rest of the team here are helpful, extremely communicative, and just wonderful people from my experience. Any minor issue I have had has been handled appropriately by the team here. I am within walking distance for nearly all of my needs. The apartments themselves are very high quality and utilize the space well. All in all, it has been an excellent place to live and definitely recommend if you can afford it.

Lived at Library Place since 2016 and I love it! Clean, secure, (you must have a fob to enter the building snd garage) and the apartments are nicely designed and very comfortable.. The management is exceptional, they are approachable, friendly, and caring. Cory and Rick make sure my every concern is quickly addressed.

Heck, I enjoy just spending time bantering with them. For real, I’ve never done that with management anyplace I’ve lived, until now. I have to recommend Library Place as a great place to live.
