Warm, Friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Perfection. Working with Lidia was a pleasure. She put us at ease, she represented us with passion. Her ability to explain the minute details (which are many) made us comfortable. Buying and Selling a home at the same time is so stressful but she told us she would be there to take the stress on our behalf and we believed her. It worked. I started looking for homes close to thunderhill race track in willows California for about 2 years . I was looking for a home with a few acres ,a shop and plenty of parking and a single story house. I made multiple attempts to reach out to realtors up in the area
that I was looking and no success. Lidia Mekhail was the only one that responded back . This particular home came up and was perfect she handled everything perfect and not a single suprise even to the closing of escrow . There were a few repairs needed to the home and Lidia kept updated on the work done and sent pictures and that worked out well since I live 200 miles away.The purchase of the home went great and I enjoy a different life style other than the bay area. I have lived here for about a year now and I haven't had buyer's remorse. The home is perfect for my needs and Lidia made it possible .
