Missing money, receipts written on message pads and then not added to account, almost never sent monthly statements and bad book keeping. Thousands of dollars went unaccounted for as well as thousands in additional fines, fees and more when Kevin from Lighthouse was incapable of providing an accounting for a mortgage company payoff. I had to use an attorney to just get an account ledger with months missing and scribble additions made by hand. After additional attempts to get a professional document that a mortgage company could pay what was owed this entity COULD NOT PRODUCE IT for less than an additional $8,000 because Light House hired an attorney to do it for them. Run run run far away from this company.
