Rented a pontoon boat for a 1 day outing for several families with young children. Previously rented pontoon boats for daily outings and this time was just as great as previous times. Staff were prompt and courteous getting us signed up and oriented on boat protocol. Boat facilities (bathroom, BBQ grill, sink, etc.) were clean and there were clean life preservers for all. Boat is easy to operate and we didn't go far from the marina to find a small cove to tie up for the day and let the kids and parents swim and use the water slide. We had a great time and will do it again.

No boat launching options at this time due to low lake levels. With the lake some 250 feet below capacity the launch ramp at Lime Saddle does not reach the water. Boat rental is still available but there is a long steep hike down and up the boat ramp.

Rented a houseboat for the weekend, Thurs-Sunday. The service and workers were great, professional and helpful. The boat was clean, and exactly like the pictures posted. It first started off with one of the engines not being able to start initially and took quite some time, eventually almost leading up to switching entire boats after we had unpacked for the entire weekend, the engine eventually worked however would no longer turn on thankfully we made it to the spot we were going to stay in for the weekend but weren't able to move it. It took approximately 1.5 hrs, the morning of checking back in to get it going. With how expensive renting these are I should expect them to work. Overall it was a good experience,

Nice place to launch your boat. Fun place near the boat ramp that over looks the house boasts and a decent spot to have a picnic. Bathrooms are clean, the staff was nice. Over all am awesome place to launch and motor around.

We're visiting our friends who have a houseboat at lime saddle marina. They pay over $300 a month to keep their houseboat here. This weekend, they ran out of propane, which runs the refrigerator, the stove, and the grill. We brought out a bunch of steaks, etc to grill. Friday we called the marina from the houseboat to ask if they have propane and can fill our tanks. The answer was "yes". So we took the 15 minute ride to the marina to get propane. Once we arrived, they said it would be an hour to fill the tanks and just come back. So rather than going into town to fill the tanks ourselves, we decided to let them do it. Long story shorter, they took the tanks, but didn't fill them. Friday night, they closed up, no tanks. We tried Saturday morning when they opened. We were told it would be 10:00. Then at 10:00, we were told in the afternoon we would get our filled tanks back. Bear in mind, we have no refrigerator. They also don't have ice. So, here we are, no propane and no ice. It's now almost 5:00pm. So to sum up, almost 24 hours after we were told we would have our tanks filled we are still waiting. This is our only weekend we will be able to join our friends on the lake and thanks to the incompetence of this marina staff, we have not had the experience it could have been. Our friends didn't want us to write this review, but this is just ridiculously poor customer service. I can't believe that all these houseboat owners paying this amount of money each month are treated so poorly.

People that work there are nice, the service and gas ($8/gallon) is expensive. We rented a house boat and used a third of the tank which came out to be $650+ just for gas!
