Very quiet and peaceful environment! No loud neighbors nor party animals. Plenty of garden beds to grow whatever you like. The manager (Sal) and the maintenance staff respond to resident's concerns in a timely and professional manner!
I've been a resident for several years and have found the location and neighborhood to be a pleasant, friendly and convenient experience!

These apartments used to be nice and quiet with fair pricing. They started increasing rent, now these tiny studios and 1 bedrooms aren't worth the cost, and the dogs that are now in the apartments make it unlivable. They didn't tell the tenants that live there they were going to change the terms of the lease (no dogs) they just started allowing people to move in with them. Now there are about a dozen apartments with dogs, and they just bark at each other all day. Apartments were constantly full, so the only reason they did this was so they could make more money at the cost of the comfort of people who live here. If you have a loud dog that barks at everything, this is a good complex for you. If this was pet friendly when I moved in, I wouldn't have moved here. Also, the walls are so thin. People's TVs at a normal volume are easily heard through the walls, as well as just people talking at a normal volume. Those issues were livable, because the cost was lower, and most of the time it was quiet. That has changed from the older reviews here. Not a good place for people who enjoy quiet.
