HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Lina always puts her clients interest first, even this means extra work for her. We were in the market for 6 months and she was there with us patiently. After a couple bidding wars we were so tired and just want to get it done, and there it came 2 houses where we were in the final round, and Lina could just push us a little bit to close the deal and take the commission. But instead she told us her valid concerns, and why she think the house is not worth the price and encourage us to be patient and wait for the perfect home. We ended up not overbidding for those 2 houses and luckily met the house we loved and get it with a price below asking. I would recommend Lina to all my friends, especially first time buyers.

My wife and I met Lina at one of her listings in Millbrae while we were exploring houses in SF/Peninsula. As a first-time buyer, we had little grasp on the housing market and all the nuances of purchasing a home. We chatted with 10+ realtors, but found it difficult to blindly place our trust on any individual having only chatted with each for a short period of time.
