This is the last time I will have a package delivered to their office. I received the delivery receipt, which clearly states that my package was delivered to their mailbox. I came to their office to retrieve my package and showed staff the receipt, but they informed me that they did not have it. I reiterated that the receipt indicated delivery to their mailbox, and they responded that they would call me when they checked.

I find it quite inefficient that I had to come to their office in person only to be told that they would need more time to locate my package. Furthermore, it is concerning that their key did not work when they attempted to access the mailbox. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but it is frustrating to experience multiple delays in retrieving my package.

When we initially started renting, we were assured that we could trust staff and their office to receive and hold our packages securely. However, this recent experience has eroded my confidence and trust in their services. It is particularly concerning that the missing package was sent from my employer.

Definitely unsatisfied and will rethink my lease as I don't feel comfortable.

I recently had a fantastic experience with the staff at my apartment Linden Court. They were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure that all of my needs were met promptly and efficiently. From the leasing office to maintenance, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist. Their exceptional service truly made living here a pleasure. Is a great place nice townhomes, a bit price but we will see how it goes. I just rented one not moved in yet but looking forward to. My family is happy to move in. The management is very nice and friendly Michelle Huerta helped us out great help and she answered all the questions I had. So far the experience has been good I will wait to move in next month and once I’m leaving there for the first month I will write another review.

Is been 1 month since I posted the last review about Linden court townhomes, so far is been good I like the place like the community. Is near my work so I like the commute. My family is happy with the place. The only thing why i didn’t give it a 5 star was because of the appliances in the apartment they were old and dated you can see the wear and tear on all of them. I was a bit disappointed on that. Overall i will recommend it is a good place, just aside from mentioned they could have done a bit better on the appliances in the kitchen. They did provided new washer and dryer, so I was happy with that.

In the beginning I was excited to move to this place.... The young lady Michelle sold such good conversation to me. I wasn't interested due to the High pricing of the rent... She as well as the other leasing agent Amber continued to call, sending frequent emails... So I said to myself something must be great about this place let me go ahead and proceed through.... After giving my money and signing the final paperwork as Michelle took me to do my final walk through... I was hit with all the red flags with this place.... After moving in I began getting notices, emails and phone calls from the office.... Stating that neighbors in the community are complaining of the children playing outside.. My kid's were accused of a ball and doesn't even own a ball, accused of an electric scooter and doesn't even own a electric scooter.... Michelle is one of the leasing agents and sits at her desk harassing tenants through the window.... Not to mention walking around the community looking for things to confront tenants about... And I'm sure there are many thing's in the office that can be done besides harassing your tenants.... If your parked for a few minutes in front of your garage a photo is taken of your vehicle and the plate of the car... I can understand if your parked there overnight... The other leasing agent Amber walks around the community as if she's talking on the phone looking at cars and taking plate info and calling PD to come out and site your vehicle.... I've only been here 4 months I am very very uncomfortable living here.... These people watch your every move the maintenance guy stands in the garage watching and spying on tenants it's just not a comfortable community to reside in.... If you have children this isn't the place for you to come I've been crying every night for the past 2 months now I CAN'T wait to move from here I'm soooooooo uncomfortable living...... They targeted my vehicle because I got frustrated about Michelle making a big deal out of my vehicle being parked in front of my garage for a few minutes..... I have kids that I now keep inside because of the lies that has been told on my kid's being accused of the smallest things..... This Community is NOT for anyone with children it should be for Seniors ONLY...... The rent is over priced... If I would have taken my time I could have moved into a 3 bedroom 2bath with two car garage for $2100.. I pay you might as well say $2700 for a two bedroom 1 car garage... No pool on premises No area for family events... Supposedly you can't have bbq grills but they allowed tenants to light fireworks that is more dangerous than a grill.. I am a great tenant NEVER had any complaints from any of my landlords about ANYTHING until I moved here..... I am a tenant that rent and stay put for some year's and I'm so uncomfortable living here due to the harassment and the threats of towing my cars for no reason I'm ready to move..... As a tenant you can't even park on the street of the community if your registration is expired by a few days or so... Your getting sited for it this is insane.... That a leasing agent is worried about your vehicle registration and your vehicle has nothing to do with paying rent and the respect of the property and tenants... I'm stressed living here

I've lived here for 7 l, going on 8 years. It's an amazing feeling each and every time I open and close my doors. The office staff have been more than attentive and when it comes to the Maintenance Dept, all I can say is thumbs-up. Michael (Mike), Gabriel, and Kyle (Maintenance Team) have been so supportive to all our needs.

Big shout out to Myra, our apartment manager. She was always on top of things answering all our questions with a smile . Her helpfulness, kindness, very attentive person made our move in process a breeze.she wouldn’t give up on us!! We”re so grateful for her. 😇

About to be 3months since I’ve moved in, and I have never been in place with such amazing Management “Michelle & Myra” are the best, very attentive, friendly, helpful, overall wonderful!!! Being able to come or be home to a quite calm area is just great, They keep it very clean and taken care of. I feel at home here. Thank you again Michelle and Myra for all your help!!!

With my 15 years plus of residing in this apartment, I can say that it is the best of all apartments in the county.
I have been in contact with different Managers, Office workers and the Maintenance Staffs within this community, they are all responsible and all have good customer relationships and support.
All orders that I requested (Maintenance or Complaints) are treated urgently.
Enough Notices are given to residents if there's work or any other issues to be addressed within the community.
The ways and manners the management staff treat residents with good approach is second to none. (THEY ARE VERY GOOD).
Peaceful environment that you have can be boast of coming home after a long trip. No home breakings or unwanted visitors, all you have is a peace of mind living within this Linden Court Townhomes Apartments, Rialto, CA 92376.
