When you drive past those hideous, smelly, ultra sketchy apartments in NWA, you can GUARANTEE it's a Lindsay managed apartment. The worst property management company in the area by a LONGSHOT. So many better land managers that CARE about their residents. I assure you this one absolutely does not.

Cockroaches keep coming out of the electric outlets in the walls especially during summer months. Best to use your own pesticides. I've also have had like 40 flies somehow come into the apartment during summer months even with everything closed(like wake up and no flies at 7 am but tons inside by 5 pm after being at work all day). Maintenance is also a fan of just leaving the filter at the door when I specifically ask them to change it for me. The flooring is old - vinyl peels up and the carpet nails have poked through my feet and the kids' feet numerous time along with destroying our socks. You get what you pay for here. It's cheap but gross no matter how much you may clean.

(Fort Smith) I think they want people to break lease, that way they get more money. They recently threatened to evict a neighbor because her daughter comes a lot to take care of her, and she's not on the lease. Even though the daughter never stays overnight. They've threatened my mom for basically the same thing. They only enforce the rules that benefit them, and completely ignore the rules for themselves. We need government to help the renters and make slum lords like Lindsey provide a safe, and comfortable place to live.

Crooked, unprofessional, filthy, thrown together, next to no upkeep, beware! Lindsay should be ashamed of what they’re putting out there. Taking advantage of people, plain and simple. I would go so far to say that what they are doing is criminal.

Such a bummer this poor excuse of a management company owns like 80% of the complexes in NWA. I had the misfortune of dealing with this incompetent human named Jami, and my God that dude cannot read. Or type. Or deal with serious situations. This place is awful. I'm in the nwa slums "moberly manor" and the fact they haven't fired Rachel Conley as manager yet is just astounding.

My boyfriend and I have been renting a home from Lindsey Management in Bentonville for 8 months now. They have always addressed any concern we may have within 24 hours. We make our rent payment through the portal and have never had any issues with this company at all. I recommend them 100%!
