Elizabeth impressed us when we were interviewing potential realtors and our decision to select her was great choice. She met with us at the house and provided key recommendations. Her team was always supportive and very responsive. Her marketing plan was perfect for our home and her pricing recommendation was spot-on. We had over 90 viewings and more offers than we could have hoped for. The final price was well over the asking price which made all the work we did along with implementing her input on what to focus on worth the effort. I highly recommend Elizabeth and her team. I do not live in the area and wanted to sell my house. She looked at my property and advised that I sell “as is”. I wasn’t looking forward to putting months into renovations. Elizabeth gave me sound advice without pressuring me to do anything I didn’t like. She explained the market and her selling strategy. I took her advice and she did not disappoint. Her negotiating skills are top-notch and I got a great offer. My house was listed, I had many showings, got several offers, went under contract and closed while the house down the street is still sitting there “for sale”. I just closed on a house with List with Elizabeth. Elizabeth Kline is fantastic! She guided me through an unexpected "time bomb" when my buyer tried to pull out of our deal. She got her broker involved who helped get the other agent back in line. Her team is amazing! Her husband is a master at virtual staging and her photographer is second to none, and most importantly, her assistant, Lane, keeps everything on tract and assures that the close of escrow goes without a hitch. I highly recommend that you List With Elizabeth when you decide to sale, or hire her to represent you as a buyer. You won't be disappointed.

Elizabeth and her assistant Lane were an absolute pleasure to work with selling our home. Elizabeth provided an outstanding briefing to us at the start of the process explaining the entire process to include the local market, selling & pricing strategies, as well as preparing the home for sale. She arranged for beautiful staging and an open house over the first weekend the house went on sale. She and Lane where in constant contact with us throughout the process. We received 3 offers over the first weekend, all above asking price and we closed within 3 weeks of going on sale!! Absolutely Outstanding!!!
