I'm a Veteran and a first time home owner. I was at a point of giving up. I felt like I was getting nowhere. But my partner recommended Morgan Reay and Lisa Barnes. I remember going through the process with my partner when he was looking for his first home with Morgan. Morgan delivered and my partner was very happy. So, I decided to give it a chance. It was the best decision ever! Morgan and Lisa took transparency to a whole new level. My anxieties were all over the place, but Morgan and Lisa made sure that I had nothing to worry about. But Morgan and Lisa had my back and even got me a meeting with the lender to go through all the documents that I had questions on. Negotiations were smoother than I anticipated. I got everything that I asked for and more. There's a quote about trusting the process. It took me almost until signing the final documents to make me realized that I was in good hands and in great care. Even after closing and having the keys, Morgan and Lisa made sure that I was setup with the proper companies, connecting services to my house. My electricity, water/sewer, waste and mailbox were up and running before they finally let me go. I still text them whenever I have any questions or concerns. Thank you both for the endless support. I am grateful for the hard work, efforts and dedication you both put in to help me find the perfect house for me and my family! I'm overjoyed and satisfied!
