We enlisted Van at Local Realty to help sell my Mom's house and acreage and it turned out to be the best decision we could have possibly made. There were a ton of hoops to jump through with the property and he did it all with professionalism and gusto. He was very communicative, offered regular updates, and wasn't afraid to dive into the complicated stuff that was required of the property that had been in our family for decades. We were able to sell our property so much faster than we could have ever imagined and we were very happy with the selling price. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process and we couldn't be happier. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Van!
