We first contacted Lockwood Commercial in 2013 for help leasing our two retail centers in San Marcos. Chuck took over for our old management firm (CBRE), reworked our leases, completely rehashed our maintenance and repair schedules, and has worked his butt off to get us the best tenants. We are very pleased with the "small business" level of service and effort put in by Chuck and his team.

Chuck took over the management of two industrial properties our family has owned on Highway 76 for over forty years. He helped us clean up a toxic waste problem. He advised us to order a CASP study which we knew nothing about. He fixed the bathrooms to make them handicap accessible. He doubled the rents from our tenants and we are happy to pay his commissions and management fees because he has made us so much money.

Chuck Currey, SIOR, owns and operates Lockwood Commercial Realty. He leases and sells property all over the southland, but he is a specialist in Carlsbad Village. I have worked with Chuck numerous times over many years, and he is always very helpful and professional. He handles the leasing for several commercial properties in the village, and is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced broker. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in leasing, buying or selling, or property management services for commercial property.

Charles "Chuck" Currey is The professional of the Commercial Real Estate business. I have worked with Chuck for more than 15 years as he has referred me appraisals. He continues to serve as a resource for everything question I have, it doesn't matter what property type: Industrial, Commercial, or Retail. Love the art work in the executive suites at 2725 Jefferson St. and the lobby is always cool and comfortable to sit in while I wait for my appointment. The bathroom is clean. Lockwood does a nice job of maintaining this building and there is plenty of parking too.
