Highly unprofessional Mr. Scott..

We stayed at their place for two years. Every time their online system did not work for rent payments, despite that, we had to pay the extra amount as penalty every month.

After we left the place, it’s been 3 months and they have not returned our initial security deposit, neither the last month’s half rent. I have tried to reach out to Scott multiple times. He stopped replying to my messages.

This place is great! I had almost no credit history and a lack of a proper SSN (because I'd spent over a decade abroad), so I found it nearly impossible to rent a house after returning to the US. This place was one of only a handful of companies that agreed to work with me despite my very non-standard situation. I would recommend them because of their flexibility, as well as the quality of their rental properties.

These people are very rude. I would not recommend hiring them unless you wish to drive potential tenants away.

Oh, please. I’ve worked in property management I know what I’m talking about. All I did was call to politely ask about available properties and the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I don’t care what you say that is poor business practices. Also, good job replying three years later. You kinda told on yourself there, man. Live your life whatever wrong way you want that’s not my business but you ARE culpable.

Lazy slumlords. They don't maintain the unit we're currently renting properly and fight or drag their feet on fixing thing. We had termites for the last 5 months and they still haven't done anything about it. Avoid at all cost.
