Erica Thompson was absolutely outstanding. She guided me through the process of selling my house and buying a new property like the best friend. She was there to listen to my preferences, explained the process, investigated all questions/concerns about properties, and provided helpful advice when really needed. At no point I felt pressured or rushed with anything. She went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and enjoyable. Brenda was an amazing choice and an amazing real estate agent! Her communication is top notch, she kept us informed every step of the way. She was honest throughout the process. Realtor Megan at Long & Foster on the Eastern Shore of Virginia was the perfect realtor for us to sell our home in Captains Cove. She listened to our ideas for the sale, implemented a plan to prepare our home for sale with minor repairs, deep clean and had it photographed by a professional. Within 2 weeks of listing the home, she had two offers for us to consider. She communicated with us through the whole process and was very responsive when we had questions. She guided us to accept the best offer at our asking price. She and her office staff helped us with the sale paperwork even though we lived out of state. We could not recommend her high enough.

Long and Foster and the agents we worked with were exceptionally professional and helpful. Buying remotely, we were a challenge, but Peggy Shanklin and Diane Miller were completely up to the task and walked us through one home after another with Facetime. We received great advice on choosing an inspector and a mortgage company.
