As my wife stated, this company was an absolute nightmare to work with. To respond to the owner, Ron Miscavige, I have to say this.

Within the initial 12 days of working with your two realtors, we knew we weren’t a good match as sellers, which is why we tried to get out of the contract. It was this fact alone on top of the disappointing open houses that were held. If in only 12 days of working with clients they don’t want to work with your company anymore, why not let them out of the contract? Just cut the loss and all of this could’ve been avoided. During this meeting as well, Kayla was rude and condescending which was extremely unprofessional and made us not want to work with her anymore, but unfortunately we were stuck with her.

Although the agents voluntarily lowered their commission (which was very nice) so that we would be able to profit more, they still ended up making significantly more off of the sale than my wife and I. We agreed upon a price where we would receive close to $5,000 at closing and ended up receiving ONLY $800. Both Kayla and Aquazia failed to mention all of the taxes, fees, and extra money we would have to pay at the end, which was extremely misleading- either they were unaware themselves (ignorant?) or they were withholding said information in order for us to proceed with the sale through their brokerage. Both options are very concerning.

Not only this, but we were assured that if we moved before the house sold everything would be able to proceed online/virtually. This was not the case, and when we were close to the end of the sale Aquazia called my wife saying that we had to meet with a notary THAT DAY (she called a few hours prior to when she set the meeting up). I had to rearrange my schedule and leave work early in order to make this meeting that I was completely oblivious to up to an hour prior. When going over expenses at the final sale, there was a fee for the notary and an urgency fee that we had no idea we had to pay because of this.

Overall, you all did not accomplish what you were hired to do, given the fact that we are still so extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with everyone involved in this process. Once again,

Absolute horrendous company to work with. My husband and I were selling our first home together and chose Aquazia Jones as our realtor. She then brought along Kayla Jones to help with the process since she was new, so we ended up having 2 realtors. They made this the absolute worst process we have ever been through. By the end of it, we were willing not to profit at all in order to be done working with them. Unfortunately we signed a contract with them upon our first meet, and were stuck in it for a full 90 days (although we tried to get out of it). They sold our home on day 90 after telling us there would be no problem selling it within our time frame which was about 45-60 days. After bringing concerns to the broker himself (Ron Miscavige) he joked around the whole meeting trying to make light of our situation and assured us the house would be sold in a timely manner. Once again that was not the case.
Kayla was rude and unprofessional (absolutely hated working with her and what made it worse was that she was brought on without us knowing) and Aquazia was nice but did not seem to know anything about real estate whatsoever. Not only did she pawn me off to other people when I asked her questions, I also checked her business instagram to see what marketing she was doing to help sell our home, and to my surprise, saw her posting beach pictures in Florida with her friends on her professional account instead.
All of this to say, find another company to work with and save yourself the headache. This process was so upsetting and horrible that we are not planning on buying another home in the foreseeable future because of it. Do not work with Aquazia or Kayla Jones!!! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would do so.

Marley Numbers and Christy Numbers Bossman are everything you want and need to guide you through the real estate process. We researched all Williamsburg neighborhoods after making a mistake with less than professional agency that believed in transactions more than addressing the needs of the client. We then spoke to management at Governors Land because they listed approved realtors. I then asked a member of that management team "who they would buy from"? Without hesitation they answered Marley Numbers. We benefitted from their professionalism, knowledge, patience, and commitment to client success. We both bought from them and sold through them. THANK YOU MARLEY AND CHRISTY!
