My current roommate and I toured a house with Long Pointe Management LLC after we explained our need to move somewhere immediately. We filled out our application the same day, and were told to then complete the credit checks which costed us each. We were then told we would hear back in a few days after the credit checks. We didn’t hear anything for a bit so we checked back and sent emails, yet we never got a response. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this management company.
