Darcy here Stole a hundred and fifty dollars from me. I told her my situation. I told her everything she needed to know. She told me to do the application anyway and pay ended up getting den. I ask for a refund because she told me. I was denied before. I even got the credit report back. She told me it was non-refundable. She just wants to steal your money. I don't even believe she really uses it towards an application or background check.

Long Term Rental has been an absolute delight to deal with. Upon reading the reviews I have discovered that these bad reviews are all disgruntled trash tenants that live in their own filth. I cant even believe they got a unit to live in, I’m sure momma filed out the application because they had their hands full with a big gulp and a can of cheese wiz. I digress, don’t trust the ugly reviews, like Abe Lincoln once said “don’t believe everything you read online”.

Myself and my wife contacted Long term Rental Group about 2yrs ago and a few months ago. When we called we talked to a lady named Gwen we asked several questions about locations in the area and at the time they didn’t have what we wanted she took our name and number and a about a week later she called us back to follow up and we went and looked at two properties both were clean and ready to go. We decided on a house in foley with a great location next the sent us a the information to get approved to rent the house within days we were moved in and ready to go. If there was ever a situation with the house it was very minor like ice maker or something we contacted the office and was notified soon with a date and no worries was always taken care of . Then after 2 yrs we found something to buy and we have them a call sent us the info to fill out about our lease and followed there instructions and the whole transaction was done very smooth with no problems. After less than 60 days like our contract stated with received or deposit back a very well organized company definitely recommend this business. Again thank you Gwen and Darcy for your service.

Rented a small house in transition of our next move in Gulf Shores. Was always bothered with someone wanting to come over and look at listing the property, while we were there.
Paid on time religiously, ask if we will be getting our deposit back, while moving out, they said
Highly doubt it, we use that to clean up the unit for the next place.
Then, not only did they take the deposit, 2 months pass by, and we get another bill,
For extra stuff.?
The place was cleaned out, to the best of the knowledge, nothing inside left, absolutely nothing.!
They don’t have to worry about me renting again..I stayed nearly 2 years, and had nothing
But issues..

Dont rent from this company! Darcy is extremely unprofessional. Sent her husband out to repaint our sheetrock from 26 holes in the wall from unnecessary plumbing repairs, totally didn't tell us it was her husband until I asked him. So unprofessional! Then when I sent photos, which I have over 100, to her about his paint mix matching...her exact words were " well you cant match old paint".... seriously! Then wanted us to pay to get it repainted because HE did such an awful job. Thank goodness for video and photos! Dont rent from them. It will be your biggest mistake ever!

Worst experience I’ve ever had renting from any company. After my roommate and I moved out, it took then 60 days to process the unit and return our $1,900 we paid for security deposits. Come to find out two months later after move out they are making an attempt to charge us $1,625 for PAINT. They are at renting to charge us for a pet fee when we didn’t have a pet in the unit. During the entire lease they were nothing but problematic. Found cockroaches during move in and they claimed they weren’t there before hand and wouldn’t have pest control take care of it. There was black mold on trims and seals of windows, on the ceilings of bathrooms, in the living area about the entry door, that they blatantly ignored and attempted to paint over. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent from LTG.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, DID I SAY HORRIBLE? LESS THAN 2 MONTHS IN THIS HOUSE, IVE HAD RAW SEWAGE IN MY BATHTUB 3 TIMES, 2 IN 7 DAYS. THIS IS TOXIC WASTE, TOOK 16 HRS TO GET A PLUMMER OUT. A $400 WATER BILL [2 MONTHS] FOR A LEAK IN THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM THAT I REPORTED WEEKLY. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE $1600 A MONTH FOR A LITTORAL POS HOUSE.
