She was very accommodating, often able to show us homes on very short notice and in a fairly wide geographical area. Had a great time house hunting for my kids who were transferring from Hawaii. Lorraine listened to their needs and was available at the drop of a hat if a property they were interested in came to market. She went to bat for them when they made an offer and had their best interests in mind while negotiating. Lorraine was amazing! My husband and I were looking to find a home in Washington while we were still in Hawaii. Lorraine helped us immensely with tons of options and video call walk-throughs of numerous homes. As soon as we sent her any listing that interested us she would set up a walk through and help us with any info we needed on the home that she could find. While on video calls touring homes she gave us her honest opinion and would check out anything we had any questions on, even small things like soft spots in floors and angles and room feel that we would have missed out on since we could not tour in person.
