Paid for a Feasibility Study to which I was sent an invoice after delays and poor communication saying when I paid the invoice I would get the study immediately. Paid the invoice immediately and four days go by but no communication at all and no study. Finally I received the study only to find out it’s incomplete and after meeting with Mike Nichols, I was told I would be getting the site plan and the rest of what I paid for in the next few days and that was September 19. They have never sent the rest of what I paid for and on top of that, they have completely disappeared and have quit responding to emails or messages. Numerous times I was told I would get my information in a day or two to which it would never come now they have completely disappeared, but have my money. I have filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. I am considering what type of legal action I can take. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

We were referred to Lot Launchers by our builder to help us with permitting. Best thing we could have done was hire Lot Launchers. Mike has been amazing with helping us out. He has gone above and beyond with what we have asked of him. There have been some time sensitive things we have needed taking care of and Mike was on it. This is a difficult review to write and I will start by saying the people I’ve spoken and corresponded with were polite and nice and respectful. I purchased a feasibility study, thinking I would learn a whole lot more than I did, on the development of a small flat rectangle lot at Ocean Shores WA, a year ago. Every bit of info in the few thousand dollar analysis is free and easy to find info if you do the footwork and call the city and look on county sites etc. Which I had already done and the study pretty much just confirmed. But this may be of more value to someone else, I simply wish I knew more of exactly what I was purchasing. Or maybe I had higher hopes for the product/unrealistic expectations. Again great people and I believe certain people will find it very useful but do your due diligence. -Jeremy Hudson
