I needed a Realtor I could trust to handle a transaction from a significant distance away and selected Lou based upon his reviews.

Wow not unrealistic, I am a pretty demanding consumer and Lou met or exceeded all of my expectations.

I am a licensed broker myself and so I do have a somewhat qualified opinion as to what good service looks like in a real estate agent and it looks like Lou Hill.

Mr. Lou of Epi Real Estate was nothing short of amazing. My wife and myself have been well served by he and company. All of which, were very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we were looking to purchase our home. Might I add to find a home it took almost a year. Mr. Hill was optimistic with reassuring words to us that we would find the perfect home.
