Very good neighborhood, go to Caterham Drive and yell "Seyway!", they will respond very nice and good. They will give you a two piece sandwich pretty easily. Very nice people.

People working in the clubhouse were both rude and unprofessional, prioritizing retaining the deposit money over providing basic customer service. Urgent action from management is needed to rectify this unacceptable behavior and uphold the venue's reputation.

The gyms should be open 24/7. The HOA fees are very expensive, I should be able to work out anytime I want but now I need to pay for a gym membership because I can't use the gym at the club house. The pool always have a problem or can't be open, and the lifeguards have a bad attitude towards residents.

So disappointed. We paid a fortune for our place and the association constantly is lacking. Year after year we get excuses that they can’t open the pool on time or at all. This year the hours are slim because they lack employees, however, all the other communities around here seem to find and hire people.

The gyms should be open 24/7
I have to pay 260 for HOA fees I work during the day and can only work out at night and on top of the ridiculous HOA fee I now need to pay for a gym membership when I have one right in front of my house and can't use!

It is very difficult for me to get to their HOA office because they have the same hours 9am-6pm as the hours I work. Also, Stacy wants everything by appointment, yet when you make appointments, she on the phone. She claims it's important phone call, BUT so is MY TIME. I always have to leave my work to get the simplest thing done, such gym key faub and pool passes. She's also not the quickest to respond to emails. When I called their office, they claim that they are busy and require 72 hours to respond to emails. I pay $240 in HOA MONTHLY. At least they could do is respond to emails quicker or let homeowners walk-in to take care of simple requests. I wish I could give negative stars. I CANNOT wait to move out.

The HOA here is absolutely horrible. They should not be allowed to collect a HOA fee because they do nothing to support the residents. They do not return your calls or emails. I have had to call the cops because the HOA will do nothing. Drugs being sold and used in the neighborhood, loud screaming and public indecency, illegal parking/ parking in other resident's driveways, ect. Also, while this is minor compared to the above, the landscaping is horrible. They do not maintain it at all. In sum, the LV2 HOA is unresponsive and a complete hoax.

There were so many dead plants and trees in the Loudoun Valley II areas specially at the area around 23265 Milltown Knoll Square, Ashburn, VA 20148.
We had sent a request to the HOA board many times to ask them to replace the dead plans and trees, but they ignored. we may try to send a request to them one more time before we will post in the public, and we will recommend our friends, relatives let think carefully before buying the house, condo in this community.
