I would not recommend this property. The property manager is rarely on-site and relies heavily on a high turnover of assistant managers, creating instability. She exhibits bullying behavior toward senior residents and intimidates those who speak up. There are only 67 parking spaces for 98 units, and she reserves one space for herself, denying disabled seniors easier access to the front door. If you're thinking about renting here, consider this: the property is typically 100% leased, so what happens when every senior needs a parking space? It's a real conundrum. Additionally, she brings her suspended sons to the property, further disrupting the community. Don't be misled by the positive reviews from some residents; many are either too afraid to speak out or are simply trying to stay in her good graces for fear of not having their leases renewed.

Having the experience of living in this place has been wonderful. Starting with the administrative staff they are always close at hand when you have any concerns. It is a place where even if you live alone you feel accompanied. Although sometimes you don't want to go out for different reasons, all the amenities offered inside the building allow you to make your routine pleasant. It is also a very convenient place because everything is around you such as restaurants, numerous shops, medical services and more. In addition to that, even if you don't have a vehicle, you can easily get around. I love it!!

We are absolutely enamored with this stunning apartment and all the amenities if offers.From the convenient gym and game room within the building to the proximity of Costco, as well as numerous shops, restaurants, and salons in the surrounding area, it truly provides a delightful living experience.Plus, if you’re in the mood to burn some calories, everything is within walking distance! Additionally, we can’t say enough about Jasmine, the wonderful Community Manager, always makes time to lend an ear and offer assistance with any issues that may arise- and her hugs are always appreciated!🤩

I moved in to Loudoun View Senior 1 year ago when they first opened. My experience living here has been very positive for the most part. Our Management Team & Custodial Staff collaborate to ensure that this environment is kept clean, comfortable & safe for the residents. Our Management works very diligently to provide assistance to the residents in addressing our needs & concerns & keeping the lines of communication open regarding our building & community. I thank you for all of your support, hard work & dedication in keeping this property up to par.

Love my apartment at Loudon view, so clean. The cleaning crew are amazing!!!
Jasmine and staff have been very supportive and understanding, always so eager to help with problems. Great place to live, wish I could stay forever!!!!

Great location, close to shops and businesses, etc. This community dignifies and respects the needs of seniors (so often missing in this world today). Every staff member I come in contact with are warm and loving. The physical amenities are amazing, but the intangibles are what punctuates the joy I have living here. There's no place like home!

All the staff of the office , whether in phone, text , email and in person are kind and helpful. Jasmine is a professional manager and patient with all management challenges.
