Louie is amazing and a true “unicorn” in the large pool of realtors. He is full of knowledge and experience, not to mention resourceful on vendors. Buying and selling is a stressful and emotional process, but Louie made it seem so smooth and effortless. We are sure that he buffered most of it behind scene and with lots of coordination to make sure we closed on time. He was patient, adaptive & super responsive to our frequent change and requests. He really looked out for us, including accompany us when we need him and helped us review lots of disclosures. We trusted him and heavily relied on his opinion and recommendations. Last of all, he is a strong negotiator where he got us a spanking deal with significant price reduction. He went above and beyond for us and exceeded our expectations. Louie helped us sell our house and buy our next house. Our aunt highly recommended us to him, she also worked in real estate. He was so friendly and patient and positive, such a pleasure to work with. And extremely knowledgeable, we bought and sold another house before this but we learned so many new things about the industry we didn't know before. This was an extremely tough time to buy in the Bay Area, but Louie worked tirelessly and patiently to find us a home, even when I was getting discouraged. We got a great deal on a wonderful home that was exactly what we wanted, and the selling agent chose our bid over others purely because of the positive relationship Louie had built with her (apparently from what she told us not all agents are very nice, respectful, or easy to work with).
Shout out to Louie's mom, she's adorable! And the kids miss playing with Louie while we looked at houses!

Louie made a daunting task super smooth.
Louie helped us get the house my dad had been in for 50 years ready for sale.
He helped us with so many details that i am positive no other realtor would do.
Hauling a load of mulch in his pick up truck, helping me shovel it out into the yard, shopping for new fixtures, hanging a string of lights across the porch, and the list goes on and on.
Louie's advice helped us time the market to get the best offers.
He lives and breathes his job and is always cheerful and happy.
