The department I went to,
to resolve my property tax issue ..one of the ladies were extremely rude, impolite and uncivil. The way she talked to me was different compared when she was talking on the phone. The receptionist from up front was much nicer and respectful. Always having a smile.

The department I went to, to resolve my tax issue were extremely rude and condescending (some of the ladies were nice. It was their boss who was the rudest.)

All she did was point the finger and lecture me, saying multiple times that it's my responsibility to let them know of address change which I did on MULTIPLE occasions. She said she pulled my address from DMV which is incorrect/or a lie because my address for DMV is up to date with my current and has been for a year. She told me an excessive amount of times that "there were little red letters that said to call TACs and to not pay on the Louisa website" but it's difficult to see those red letters when you recieve NO MAIL from them. She said the website should've kicked me off if my address was in Louisa still then in the same sentence said it must have let me log in since my address was NO LONGER in Louisa.

SO...It's my fault you don't have my current address but you just admitted that it let me on to pay my taxes because OF MY CURRENT ADDRESS not being in Louisa.

There are tons of people in the community who have had issues with them. For a community that is so friendly and excels in so many areas, this department sure isn't one of them.
