Rented me an UNLAWFUL dwelling, meaning the building was never inspected by the city after being converted from a garage into an ADU for the duplex out front. The reason I found out? My mailbox. Bottom line, I would call the City of Puyallup Code Enforcement Officer before I rented 2205 S Meridian Street in Puyallup. Why? Avoid the headache I endured.

My company paid for my move across the country so I had to go through the stress of not only moving in 48 hrs to a properly inspected unit..but the week before my sister’s wedding in Texas and starting a new job less than a month into the lease. The place was infested with spiders, no WiFi, moldy oven, dirty fridge, front door with gaps and the bathroom was awful. The facet blew off after the first use displaying a massive hole where someone screwed up the installation. I didn’t get the cleaning deposit back even though I left it cleaner than when I moved in with dirt and construction debris everywhere. I wouldn’t trust the team, people are nice but continued to lie despite emailing a copy of the eviction notice from City of Puyallup on top of an email exchange with the City Code Enforcement Officer.

I will say the maintenance team is the great, Josh and Kevin were kind, responsive and quick to fix.

If I had left this review early on in my dealings with this company, it would not be so high. In fact, it would probably have been another one-star review. Gratefully, since then, a new manager has taken control and I just have to say Maria is aces. I cannot appreciate her enough! It is almost made up for our previous frustrated experiences. Her communication is top notch which was certainly not our earlier experience. She has been on top of everything since she took over.

Love My Space has been incredible from a renters standpoint. They respond to any maintenance requests quickly and always send helpful technicians. Most recently, we had Josh come service our garbage disposal and he was so helpful and polite.

I just want to say, that Kevin is a constant professional and was very fast in fixing the problem with a new outlet. He deserves a raise with 5 and 10 star ratings, thanks love my space.

I recently met Alex who did our units inspection, and he is a man of great character who loves his job at my space who knows his job, and a great inspector. Alex should get a raise as he is attentive to his residents needs whether maintenance or otherwise.

Since they have taken over our apartments have been vastly improved! Excellent communication, kind and compassionate owners and staff. Yesterday I made a work order and today Josh the maintenance technician came with a smile and even called ahead to give me a heads up before he came! He got the work done quickly and efficiently! I would put Love Our Space on my short list for rental properties or home ownership any day! ❤️

We submitted a work order the evening prior about our stove burner having some issues.
Josh contacted us first thing in the morning letting us know when’s a good time to come inspect the stove.
Our stove got fixed within the hour. Thanks for your Hard work Josh!

Just the other day I had maintenance worker Josh over at my place to help work on my toilet and sink. He had noticed when I left the door lever lock undone my 2 year was able to go to the door and tried to get out. After that the next two or three times he had left the apartment to get tools I noticed he always engaged the lever lock after coming in so I highly appreciated that ☺️ he was also quick and responded to the work order very fast.
