Thanks so much LOWES for the wonderful moment for the kids workshop, my son have a great time building a decoration for the Christmas tree, ANDRE I believe is envasador for this work shop, he was above and beyond working with the kids making sure every buddy got their implements to work safe and in environmental matters the kids have a wonderful time they got cookies, they got fruits, apron the built kit, glazed to make work safe, Hi 5 LOWES. For allow the kids growing up with that Ability to built thinks with their hands. One more time THANKS ANDRE you nail it.

We purchased a washer & dryer from this location. The delivery guys didn’t want to take their shoes off or wanted to wear foot coverings . I asked extremely polite. I have brand new cream carpet. I went round & round about taking their shoes off or wear coverings. I was given much attitude. I’ll never buy another appliance from Lowe’s ever again.if this is how your delivery guys are going to behave. I hope they don’t mess with my merchandise over this !!! Welp spoke too soon . The washing machine has a dent and scratches. 2/15/25 @ 1:35. Snellville location. Spanish speaking delivery guys. The situation was absolutely RIDICULOUS !!! They took their shoes off . I don’t want them back in my house .

2/16/25. The second crew that came to deliver another washing machine was ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL.. I went and bought shoe coverings. Much better. I appreciated them for doing their job. Why couldn’t I get this type of service on 2/15/25.

Bought a chain saw doest work properly. Went to return it, 2 days after purchase and couldn't because it was a couple hours past return policy. I used the saw a grand total of 2times the day I tried to return it. Lost my business

Came to the store at 11 am to purchase some dry wall sheets and all the sheets on top were damaged. Asked for the forklift driver to move the one on top out of the way, but find out the whole store has only one forklift driver that has license and he won’t be in the store until 1 pm. This is ridiculous.

I love Lowes, shop there all the time. Whatever you do, DON'T LEASE from here. It's the same insane interest as anywhere else, got a toolbox for $600 and I owe +$1,200 for it.

Absolutely the worst shopping experience in my life. The lying on delivery was absurd. If this cannot be rectified then no other course is legal.
After talkingng to Lowe's rep..still unsure of anything...Nevere think of buying there.

The woman working at the return counter today around 1pm was incredibly rude. I can honestly say I’ve never encountered a customer service rep so condescending with so little tact. Home Depot has my business going forward.
