The c+c flats property is a joke and will try to get more money out of you… the property manager told us we would get our deposit back and said that when we moved out the apartment was still dirty when we hired a cleaner!!! Noticing a bunch of people getting screwed over at this property so if you live here save yourself some time and expect to get charged for a bunch of things when you get told to “leave it how you got it” we received the apartment not cleaned and without a back door handle! Definitely not worth the stress and will never be renting through this company ever again!

We have hired LRS to manage our property in San Diego for over 2+ years. Russell and his team have done an amazing job. Russell is very professional and leads his team in San Diego with direction and principle. When looking for a property management company, turn around time and communication is a very important component. Russell has been on the mark with picking up and returning phone calls. This leaves me with great confidence that I can trust and rely on LRS for any type of problem or task. This is especially true considering we do not live in the same city that our rental property is at. A great asset LRS has on its team.

Nathan is amazing! I currently live in Seattle and moving to San Diego next month. Prior to my trip down, I contacted MANY people about places to rent to see if I could set up times to view properties but struggled to set up anything. I saw a couple listings I was interested in on the LRS site and decided to call the number to see if I could actually talk to someone. Nathan picked up and we chatted for 5-10 minutes about the properties I was interested in and as well as my situation. He was very personable and answered all my questions. I appreciated him checking to see how many applications were already in for the units I was interested in while we were on the phone. Nathan was the only person that gave me the time of day and was also the only scheduled showing I had prior to landing. I liked that I was able to text him with any questions I had and he got back to me with a response. While I ended up going with another unit through another company, I truly appreciate Nathan’s responsiveness and attention to detail. I work for a company that is known for their exemplary customer service, so I have very high expectations and it’s pretty hard to impress me. Needless to say, Nathan did and I will definitely be reaching out to him for any future real estate needs and recommending him to friends as well.

Russell is honestly the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. In 2022 we decided to sell a condo he was managing in San Diego. Not only had he meticulously managed our asset for nearly 7years, he turned out to be a rock star realtor and GC! When we decided to sell, he prepared a professional presentation giving us several options to chose from. We opted to maximize our profit and rehab the unit prior to listing. Because we lived on the east coast we were not able to coordinate contractors and select furnishings. Russell offered to GC the project for a fair compensation and expertly managed the entire project. He sent us videos and pictures throughout the project and completed all work in a short timeframe. It gets better!!! After the work was done and property listed, he vetted offers and brought us multiple market specific offers allowing us to maximize our profit. He even helped us navigate our 1031 exchange! I cant say enough good things about Russell as both a property manager and realtor. Seriously! Hire this guy.
