If you're looking to find a property around Oceanside/Northern San Diego, Lance is the guy to go with! His optimistic approach and expertise in the area made purchasing my first property a smooth process, especially in this market. Any questions you have or any ideas you're pondering, he's a great agent with the capability to enthusiastically respond to them. He's quick to respond and will cater his schedule to you so that you can move at your own pace. Home buying is a great experience when you choose Lance as your agent!

From our initial conversation all the way to post closing Lance was an absolute professional.
