House manager stopped by three times to clear the quirks to make the stay terrific. Wonderful pool and jacuzzi and the right amount of outdoor space. Only suggestion, a blanket for each bedroom for cool evenings.

We had a long girls' weekend at a Luxsy property in Palm Springs and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was so stylishly decorated and had a wonderful Palm Springs vibe. Keith was super helpful whenever we reached out, we appreciated his prompt replies. The location was perfect and the neighborhood felt totally safe. We barely left the property because we enjoyed being there so much. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great time at this beautiful property! The house was decorated nicely, beds were comfy and all the amenities you could ask for! The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils you will need and equipment! We enjoyed the pool, outdoor fire , bbq, and played some bocce ball and table tennis too! I loved having the enclosed gate and the property completely enclosed for privacy and our pup could run free! 🐶 thank you Keith for being available for any questions and recommendations… we will be back!

We had an excellent experience staying with Luxsy Palm Springs. They offer great attention to detail, excellent customer service, and they provide first rate properties. Our home was like staying at a resort, but with all the privacy you expect in a luxury home. Would definitely rent from them again. Thanks Keith for a memorable experience.

We stayed at M&M Compound over Fourth of July weekend and it was absolutely perfect for us. Luxsy Palm Springs made the experience seamless with personalized check in and home orientation. The house is in excellent condition, completely gated with large privacy hedges, stunning views and a beautiful backyard. The house is nicely equipped with most everything you need to stay in and prepare meals and really enjoy some peace and quiet. We will definitely book again!

The pros: very clean, private beautifully decorated modern Palm Springs home. High end appliances, well stocked with good quality pots and pans, pool and hot tub heated nicely. Absolutely gorgeous cactus garden. Meticulously maintained yard and pool.

Very private. We couldn’t see our neighbours because of the high hedge. We felt like it was a private backyard oasis.

When I had an issue with the lamp not working, Luxsy dropped off lightbulbs. My every question and concern was responded to in a timely manner. Professional.

Cons: second bedroom was very noisy due to its close proximity next to the air conditioning unit. Also very light in the second bedroom even though there were two shades. Lights from the garden are on all night.

No Kleenex.

Also toilet paper was thin. If it’s going to be a luxury property please don’t chintz out on the toilet paper. It’s the little details that matter.

Everything about our stay in Palm Springs was perfect thanks to Keith and the Luxsy team. The house was exactly as advertised and every detail is attended to. From the pre-stay communication to the ease of communication during our stay. Keith was always available and made sure we were happy with our accommodation. I will definitely book another stay through Luxsy!
