Lourie was the listing agent on a property, and I was the buyer. I asked if she could be my agent as well, and I was not disappointed. She was very responsive throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. I believe that she dealt with me in a very fair manner, despite the fact of being the listing agent. Even after the deal was done, she answered all of my questions and even offered to send her handyman over to look at a couple of things. Lourie was Exceptional!
She sold our house in four days, we never even had time to put up the for sale sign. She advised me that if we waited after receiving a great offer it may be in my best interest to take the offer because of if I wait for something better it will cost me more in the long run.
And we did what she advised and after the deal was done I put a pencil to it and she was Right!!
