HUGE THANK YOU TO CHERYL!! This lady rocks when it comes to real estate. She is very verse in the home building process which makes for a huge benefit in the home buying process. We were able to look at homes together, review not only the living space but interrogate structural soundness and expose any hidden skeletons of each home. She made us feel confident in our buying process. Loved her interaction and aggressiveness with other agents to get the job done!! In our closing process she was able to take the lead and ensure all the paperwork was in place for our home warranty that the other agent seemed fine with letting it slip away. Not Cheryl – she was on it. We only had to explain our needs and desires for our next home with her once. She took her notes and was on it. We received countless home listings and she was always willing to drop the ball at any point to meet us anywhere at any time to try to find our next home. We can’t say enough about Cheryl – she was great!! She also has plenty of tricks up her sleeve – when mortgage rates were spiking she had a hidden gem that was able to get us 2% lower than our original mortgage rate lock. Amanda and I just can’t say enough – she is awesome!! Thank You Cheryl for all that you have done for our little family!!
