I had a horrible experience with this group. First, they sold me a home and sold my home at the same time. They are supposed to be professional to avoid conflict of interest but they weren’t. It was all about the profit on the home I was buying. They did not disclose the house was full of rats. When I contacted the team about local vendors like handyman etc., they suggested someone who never calls back or shows up. After asking if they had any other suggestions to help, they stopped responding. I blame the leader of this group, which is who I was in contact with.
