Trying to get my child"s birth certificate. I didn't expect it to be so hard. We've already been there three (sic!) times. I filled the form and paid for it, then I got a cerificate with an error, one number was incorrect. The woman behind the counter said I needed to wait (hopefully) a week for them to correct that. So I patiently did. I came there again after a week just to find out that I have to fill another form/application and send it out to a different town. The town office in Lyndonville has my phone number. It should not be a problem to call/text and let me know what is going on. Instead we have incompetent or lazy (or both) people working there.
