No Call, No Show - We scheduled an appointment to see a rental house with confirmation from M Property Management. We waited around for 15 minutes and then left after no one showed up.

We rent a property from them, had a pipe freeze, then burst! They were so nice & quick to call a plumber who got there as soon as he was able (he was very busy due to the freezing weather) awesome response to a need!!!

Kristy from M Property Management went above and beyond to help us find a rental home. Even after the first house we saw didn't work out, she kept us in mind and helped us find our current home, a nice, recently rehabbed home near the city center. She's been attentive to maintenance requests as well. We feel lucky to have found our current home through Kristy and M Property Management.

I would not rent from them again. They do not respond to tenants emails or phone calls. We have had several issues with the house we are renting and nothing has been resolved after reaching out to them.

My family and I are moving from out of town, and getting a hold of anyone seems to be impossible. We were interested in two different properties they had available, Lorena emailed us and said Matt Blevins was showing the property and that we needed to contact him. We called, left voicemails, and heard nothing. After emailing Lorena about not getting any response from Matt, within an hour he texted. We responded asking if it was possible to set up a video viewing, and he never responded. I’m not sure if it’s just because we are from out of town and requesting a video tour, but I hope they are more helpful to people in person.
I’m posting this on the Thursday he mentioned showing us the unit, and then responded to actually scheduling it.

Property Managers left us without heat during December for 8 days. After day 6 they provided us with a couple of little space heaters that did nearly nothing except run up our power bill. We got zero deduction from rent for our troubles. Horrible property management services, basically "service" is nonexistent.

I have used M property management for the last year and change due to lack of service and quality from Still properties and multiple others in Wenatchee in the end they don’t manage anything but getting renters in the property and charge twice what the same level of service would be elsewhere. I am very upset. I attempted multiple times to contact them no answer no response and finally when I list the property using Nick McLain do I see through photos the actual photos of my property. What a disappointment. I do not recommend them whatsoever!!
