Let me start off by saying, they don’t know how to pick their tenants! They pick the worst of the worst, they approve anyone, hell, they’ll probably approve a homeless guy for all I know. Loud, obnoxious, disrespectful, entitled people, have aggressive pets, everything you don’t want in a neighbor. Also, this goes out to the people that want to apply, please don’t apply if you don’t know how to adapt to a quiet neighborhood or to a good area. No one will tolerate it and the cops will be called. Just stay where you are if you can’t act right. I hope this company can get it together and be more thorough and strict with their qualifications.

I am told this is the company that is over some properties in Houston. I come across my leasing lady being hung over /intoxicated on touring and move in day, was accommodated with half off rent and no dog fee. I switched careers half way through my lease ,communicated that with them the late fees are fine they said ok but still filed for evection and I had no clue. They receive their money, a month later my apartment floods over the holidays. When everyone returned to work I was told it’s nothing they can do for me. Maintenance lied the manger and stated only my bedroom flooded. After telling someone from the office to come see the damages their self (which they had no plans to) it was proven my entire place flooded base boards swollen from absorbing water up to 5-6 inches from the ground from the days I had to live in this. Also causing me not to be able to close my doors, at this point the GM stated she will honor my 30 day notice because I no longer want to stay here and she understand it has been something since day one and the horrible communication from her assistant manager. I told her my mental health status and that moving is something I didn’t plan for with my money but it was best for my to leave causing my to put my stuff in storage and drive to Michigan because I have no family in TX. She then sent maintenance manager to my home to take care of the stopped behind my bedroom door handle, base boards, and paint but never heard nothing again and never got fixed. After the poor professionalism, poor communication, bad WiFi, and the water getting cold fast, water being cut off, you wouldn’t think they would cause any more hardship and suffering when I move out but they did.

I called because i never got what was supposed to be emailed to me on move out day nor the leftover fees for my water and electricity. To find out they charge me a no cleaning fee , my home wasnt dirty and left nothing in home. I lived on the first floor not sure when my window cracked but I covered it and kept living because don’t want to be a bother and major things kept popping up like, broke a.c. And water heater which is what caused my flooded over the holidays.
I figured they’re not coming to fix my apartment until I moved out for my new tenant, no I was charged for it all including the lies no questions asked and now owe $800.
I showed so much grace to this place just for them to constantly do business they way they're doing it to tenants they pay their rent.

I request to you they have old construction and we bought the house in Fresno they overcharged they don’t care about service and they give us over bills and they give us garbage bills also too much

I would definitely not refer this property management company to anyone. They managed a complex I own in Fresno County, CA for a few years. I was happy initially when the original manager James and his assistant Maria managed my property. After James left the company, Maria tried to handle everything. She tried to be responsive to my needs, yet some of the tenants she chose either did not stay long, would not pay or caused other problems. After James left, the main office in Madera took over the bookkeeping for the property. And the service I received was sub par.

I am not impressed with this company at all. My husband & I spent about a week TRYING to get some info on a house for rent, but could not get anyone r Madera Management to respond to our e-mails or phone calls. As a result we lost the chance to rent it. In the mean time we are DESPARATELY still on the look. As a result of their not taking care of business as they should, I would be hard pressed to give then even a one (1) star rating that they have not earned!

Absolutely great company! Customer service was great and I had no problem whatsoever, all questions were answered. They take excellent care of my properties and till this day have not had a single problem. Going 3 years strong now.

Said that they would call me back and never did I would have to call and check and they said it would give me a call and it wouldn't was kind of rude and took it as they didn't want me renting their property so will not ever apply there again and will not recommend nobody

It's been 3 months (October 1, 2017 we moved out) since I have moved out of the rental and I have been responding to the management company through email but it's been a month since you have responded about money owed to us from our deposit. This is very unprofessional and I do expect an email soon about this as we are now in January 2018.
