I just received a call from Mark from Madison Street Capital. He asked for me by first name without stating who he was or what company he was with and then he hung up with me. When I called him back (with the aid of caller ID and Google) he said he did not see any further need to converse ALL because I tried to teach him proper business manners. When making a business call you start out by stating your name, the business you are with and then lastly the person you would like to speak to. Regardless of Google reviews, good or bad, I would never choose to do business with any person who does not show proper manners, PERIOD.

Natalia called asking for the owner, who passed away 2 years ago. When informed they were speaking to the new owner got incredibly huffy and rude. Here's a thought - do 2 seconds of research on a company before you cold call and you'll know who you need to talk to when calling. Take us off your list, further attempts at calls will be taken as harassment.

Some woman called me and asked asking to speak to the owner of my Buisness. When I asked, who she was and why she was calling she got incredibly rude, said she contact “them” a different way and then hung up. I was so upset my the interaction I did some digging and clearly it is common with this scam of a company.

Someone named Ramon called from this company. Was extremely rude; didn't introduce himself, didn't say what company he was calling from (until after I asked), and when I told him the person he was looking for wasn't available, he hung up on me. This company is obviously a scam, and if they aren't then they need to look into getting customer service reps that have manners and common courtesy.

So rude. Continues to call our office. Never wants to leave a message or phone number. I finally told him we were not interested and he told me he didn't have time for this and hung up. Don't use Carl he should never be in contact with the public.

I got a call on a Friday from the salesman to raise capital for our company. They wanted to fly in on Monday morning from Chicago. They sent me a contract for $12,500 payable at once so they could give me "advice" to help my business.
Desperado's for sure. They want your money!

Got a call from "Mario". Acted like I should recognize his name. Wanted to help us raise capital, said well your business must be for sale? I said no, where did you get any information that would say that? He hung up on me. Stay far far away!
