I heard great things about John's work ethic from multiple couples and he did not disappoint. He cares about his clients and has a great attitude. We both felt heard when we expressed what kind of home we wanted. We were both pretty impressed, that we found our home as quickly as we did. It can be difficult to find an affordable home in the Seattle area due to bidding wars and the lack of homes available at times. I think we bought at a great time, but even if we did not find a home quickly, I think John would be the right agent to keep us level-headed.
